“McDonald’s sued by conservative group over Hispanic scholarship program. The lawsuit claims the Chicago-based fast food giant is discriminating against non-Hispanics by not making its HACER scholarship available to everyone.” Lots of Hispanics flipping burgers and mattresses in America! When I go to Mickey D’s the back of the house is packed with them and other immigrants!
The question here is that while McDonald’s can’t discriminate against their customers should they be able to discriminate against their employees? Needless to say this is all related to the current push back on DEI which inherently is a discrimination program! I believe that companies have the right to choose their employees but not to compensate them differently by race!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
