The minimum age to join the U.S. Army is 17 years old with parental consent and the bill bans gender affirming care for people under 18 but you assume that a 17 year old soldier can still have their penis cut off at taxpayer expense. Unfortunately having your dick removed will not actually turn you into a real woman but perhaps a real shemale soldier instead.
