If you are a pro-life person the Supreme Court over reached its authority in Roe vs. Wade! If you are a pro-death person the Supreme Court over turned the Roe vs. Wade decision! The real question here is who had the legitimate legal authority to establish the governing laws on abortion the Federal or State governments?
The other question here is this a legal or legislative question? As the country has become increasingly fractured our so-called political leaders are off loading these kinds of decisions on our judicial system where they don’t belong! But with the wide availability of Plan C abortion pills this issue is muck less volatile than it was 50 years ago when Roe became law!
