While walking the dog my wife and I passed a truck with a bumper sticker that said that we needed to start teaching civics again and she agreed. My wife is a teacher and I have a degree in politics and I told her it will never happen! That is because the Left and their teacher union ally are looking to get rid of the Republic that Franklin said we could keep for as long as we can!
The democrats and more importantly their voters want to do things much faster and bigger and the Republic has a nasty habit of getting in the way to do that as we have recently found out! It will take either a depression or a war or both in order to completely overthrow the Republic but that is on the way. Also once we legalize the millions of illegals who screwed up their own countries we will be able to stick the fork into the once great American Republic for which we had stood for a couple of hundred years!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
This is why the teachers union no longer teaches Civics to our kids!
