At the 2024 Emmy’s Candice Bergen mentioned VP Dan Quayle’s criticism of her character in her Murphy Brown TV series having an out of wedlock baby. The illegitimate rate had exploded in the USA in the 1990s spurred on by the democrats paying out welfare checks based on having more kids! The economic, political, and social decline in America is driving the decline in the family structure as well!
