Basic supply and demand economics will tell you that if you have a shortage of workers wages will go up and if you have an excess of workers wages will go down. With 30 million illegals in the USA wages are going up because the democrats are raising the minimum wage especially in blue states!
Now while the democrats are blaming price gouging for high food prices the fact is that price inflation today is being driven by wage gouging! A prime example of a labor-intensive industry is the agricultural industry. Because the illegals can’t vote the democrats need to raise the minimum wage of their voters who can (& their unions)!
