The USA is heading at full speed to emulate what Munger says about India being a defective democracy. China on the other hand had/has a very smart dictator(s) Deng and Xi who were/are focused on doing whatever it takes to WIN! In America failure is an option for our leaders so long as you can palm off the blame on somebody else!
