The first time the democrats pushed the banks to get rid of red lining which exploded the demand for single family homes! Once this imploded the democrats then created quantitative easing and the 2nd time the demand for multifamily homes exploded! The 3rd time the democrats will be exploding the demand for rental properties to house all of the new democrat voters!
