Biden is being hailed for saving American democracy again, but of course we are not a democracy but rather a Republic which was designed to keep the fringe lunatics on both the Left and Right from ever taking complete control of the country! Not a problem when America was coming up in the world but our current decline will continue to plague us in this regard!
Expect the push from the Left to be for open primaries which in large democrat cities like Chicago means that the general election is between two Democrats as opposed to cities that hold separate primaries for both parties! You should also expect a push for Ranked Choice Voting which allows for multiple same party candidates to run against a different party single candidate!
