In the 1950’s a white KFC franchisee developed an ad showing him eating their chicken with his fingers and saying that it was finger lickin’ good! Can’t say that I’m a big fan of the Colonel’s recipe but I have always eaten it with my fingers instead of using a knife and fork! I eat my Snickers the same way!
Recently the NY Times did a story of a new KFC ad featuring black people eating chicken with their fingers and licking them also! Apparently some black people took offense at this and thought the ad was racist! Give me a break this is another over reaction by the Times and I can’t wait to see the next Snickers ad featuring black people eating it with a knife and fork!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
