Heaven, Hell, Limbo. Basically religion is one big fairy tale that promises everyone an afterlife in heaven as long as they are good and baptized! I was raised Roman Catholic so we sat thru boring Latin Masses every Sunday. Not unusual to walk thru an old cemetery and see a headstone where the parents out survived most of their kids who died very young.
You understand that the thought of seeing their kids again in heaven would have been very appealing! With the advancement of healthcare and knowledge in general fewer folks are no longer drinking their particular religious Kool-Aid. In addition religious discrimination and religious driven wars are having an impact on the flocks commitment as well.
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
