The UAW already imposes the highest labor and productivity costs on what have become the little three! They are seeking a 40% increase in pay to make up for the 40% fewer UAW people that will be needed with the conversion to electric auto manufacturing! Should they succeed Detriot will have gone from the BIG Three to the little Three to very likely the Extinct 3.
