Justice Thomas acknowledges that he would not have gotten into Yale Law school without Afirmative Action but would some smarter minority asian gotten accepted instead had affirmative action not existed? Would Clarence Thomas have gotten into a non-Ivy League law school instead? Is the issue here getting into HAHVAHD or college?
If Harvard is the best school then why shouldn’t they only accept the smartest students? My white daughter was wait listed at Harvard while her dumber class mate was accepted with a full scholarship but HE played hockey! Time to no longer accept dumb Legacy’s and dumb Jocks!
