FELONY

“It has been common practice in the United States to make felons ineligible to vote, in some cases permanently. Over the last few decades, the general trend has been toward reinstating the right to vote at some point, although this is a state-by-state policy choice.” (See “Recent State Actions” @ link.) https://www.ncsl.org/elections-and-campaigns/felon-voting-rights

The democrat advantage to charging someone with a misdemenor instead of a felony is that the democrat run city “appears to look safer” because not only does the felony crime rate decline but the democrat misdemeanor criminal can still vote for democrat candidates in upcoming elections! This a win/win for the demmy’s, but a lose lose for victim rights!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

Is dead naming a felony?
