Could be that the Russians prevail over Ukraine but at a cost that was significantly underestimated by Putin. The Chinese dictator will most certainly factor this into his own thinking about the price China could pay over attacking Taiwan!
The West has had its eyes opened when it comes to sourcing products and raw materials from dictatorships. Biden wrongly thought that free trade with Russia and China would turn them into democracies. He was wrong! The world is headed for another global depression which like the last one may well provoke another World War!
