Remember when the French President Macron jacked up the taxes on Diesel fuel to meet climate change commitments and got stung by a bunch of Yellow Jackets! He would very quickly reverse course and throw a pile of money at the Yellow Jackets so they could buy even more diesel fuel.
Now Macron is reversing his position on Nuclear power and instead of shutting them down wants to build up to 14 new Nuclear plants! This of course makes perfect sense given Europe’s dependence on Russian Natural Gas and Putin’s ambition’s in the Ukraine! Plus with Germany shutting down their Nuclear plant they will end up buying even more electricity from France!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
