One of the major downsides of so called public education is that US History has been more about teaching US propaganda. More specifically about the amazing and wonderful job the white guys have been doing over the last few centuries! On the other hand if you’re a Woman, Native American, Black person or immigrant then perhaps America has not been so amazing!
This historical disconnect would explain to some degree why Trump got the white guy vote! They have been brainwashed over the last century or so. This pendulum is beginning to swing the other way but unfortunately because the Pro-Democrat Teachers Union’s now run our schools they will be increasingly teaching just the democrat propaganda message of unconscious racism and white supremacy. Our political leaders on the other hand will continue to send their kids and grand kids to private schools!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
